Need a help for apply the Wireless patch in SIM

I follow the below steps to apply the patch

1.stop the sim server and wavelink server

2. copy the lib/<jar file> to /tmp/sim/<jar file>

3.jar xvf /tmp/sim/<jar file>

4.copy the class file into the appropriate place

5.jar uvf /tmp/sim/<jar file> <class file location>

6.start the sim and wireless servers

But patch is not reflected in SIM HHT
