How to bill Usage contracts for items that have two counters

Hello,

We have the requirement that track two different counters per product.  For example, a printer has one counter for the color prints and another one for B&W prints.

I set up one counter group (DUO Group) with two counter templates (Color and Mono)

The Usage contract is covering the specific installed base instances for the printers. 

The issue is that the usage contracts is billing only based on the reading of the counter "Color".  The reading of the counter "Mono" is not being considered.

Could you help me determine what set up I may be missing?
