r12 Can Mass Allocation setup be exported from one instance to another?

Hello -

We are in the process of setting up a new install of Oracle Financials EBS 12.2.5.  We are wondering if there is a way to extract the Mass Allocations setup in our Oracle Financials EBS 12.2.3 and import it into the new 12.2.5 instance?  Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, can explain or refer me to documentation on how it can be done.  We have a large amount of Mass Allocations setup and are hoping we do not have to go thru the process of recreating them.
