ACA Error in test file TPE 1106

Hello,

Can anyone help me on this.  My file looks just like the sample file but we are getting an error

[TPE 1106] The manifest file does not match our current schema.  In particular, our system has detected a potential issue with the following element(s):irs:ChecksumAugmentationNum. 

At first I realize the error was because I forgot to get a new size and number after making corrections, then I thought maybe it wants the size from the Request and not the manifest.  I have added the new number when changing the file size and still we get the error.

Should I be changing the file type to a Replacement from Original?  Do I need to generate a new transmission ID?  When I search the IRS for that error code it talks about the special symbols and the only ones in the file are the same as the Oracle test file.
