Can anyone help me determine why my 1094-C comes up with only 1 for the 1095C forms count? And FTE a

Hi, I understand that R08121A builds my 1094-C based off of the data in data in F08118, F08124 and F081161. I have data in all of these files, but my 1094-C is building with 1 total 1094-C and Part III being completely blank. When I ran it earlier this week for a production file (not test), I had as many as 73 employees in any given month. That is not accurate, as it should be over 800. I deleted the transmission, changed my air status back to blank, deleted my 1094-C and re-ran R08121A, and I still come out blank
