JDeveloper 12.1.3

I am currently performing a Tools upgrade from 9.1.5.5 to 9.2.0.3. Our current installation had JDeveloper v12.1.2 for the BSSV which has now been deprecated in TR 9.2.

For 9.2 I would need to install 12.1.3, the problem I am not able to find the JDev 12.1.3 (32 bit Studio Edition) setup files anywhere. Anyone know where can I find the setup files for this version?

I already downloaded the jdev_suite_121300.jar from edelivery but can this be used as 32 bit for Windows?

Oracle site does not list the 32 bit .exe version..only the 64 bit version is listed.

Any pointers will be very helpful.
