How to copy entries from one domain to a new domain on OUD 11g?

After I completed the configuration of OUD 11g (11.1.2.3.0) and entered all entries from OID 10g, I was told that we need to change domain. So the value on parameter DEFAULT_ADMIN_CONTEXT on ldap.ora file will be changed.

Do I need to rerun the dsconfig to create a new domain?

How to keep the port without change and copy all entries from one domain to a new domain?

I am not familiar with the LDAP and I think it should be extracted to ldif file and loaded but I don't know the details.
