ACA Production File Uploaded to AIR with errors

Hello again Community Members!

After two days of waiting, our files came back with errors.  I am wondering it the errors we have are related to Solution ID E1: 08: Affordable Care Act XML File Missing Name Control Fields (Doc ID 2150534.1)

Some of the errors seem to be the same, but others don't.

Please see attached errors and any insight someone could provide will be greatly appreciated.
