Using XLA_JOURNAL_ENTRIES_PUB_PKG API. However if enter bad CCID records how to clean and recyle the

We are using XLA_JOURNAL_ENTRIES_PUB_PKG API to create additional journal entries. However even if we create 1 invalid CCID lines in SLA table its impossible to delete the same using the API. Can you suggest a way out to recycle or delete this bad record
