HMR for modifying the B-Number prefix i.e replace “011” prefix with “+” or “00”

Dear All,

We need HMR for modifying the B-Number prefix i.e replace “011” prefix with “+” or “00”

We are using Acme 4250. Version 6.2

We have used translation rule for this problem. But it replace the "011" digits if it present inside the B-Number.

For eg: If  the B-Number coming to the SBC as 011919940116548, the B-number modified as per below after translation rule applied.

+919940+6548

How to fix this ? Is the HMR will be only option or any other configuration available.

If HMR will be only option, then pls help us for the HMR.
