Difference between test entry and results entry (P3711)

I want to use QM P3711 Test results for recording our quality department. But the actions (wo compl. purchase receipt, etc) are separated from the actual test result entry. Anyone has experience with this situation?

I cannot find a program to show "open tests" to be done, a sort of working list for our quality personal.
