How to determine the location to be stored when there are multi Siebel File System directories?

Siebel version is 15.0.

Threre are multi directories for Siebel File Server. (ex; /fs1, /fs2, /fs3)

In this case, could you please let me know how Siebel File Server determines which location to be stored when attempting to upload a file?

(rotation, number of stored files, size...?)

Any input highly appreciate.
