Not able to Login in Mobile apps?

Hi Guys,

I got the error when trying to login into mobile apps.

Error"Authenticaion Failed" on mobile screen.

Ais.Logs:

Authorization Failure Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: http://Xxxx:xxxx/jde/FormServiceRequest

Even though the port setting of the AIS server & JAS server is correct.
