LDom Cluster creation issue..... Create SUNW.ldom resource Fails.....

Hardware:               T4-2's

Oracle Cluster:        4.3

Control Domains:    Solaris 11.3 SRU 4.5  -- successfully have Oracle Cluster installed and running;

Guest Domain:        Solaris 11.3 SRU 5.6;

Storage:                 LUN's presented across Both Control Domains;

CDom #1:               xxxxcd810  -- Deployed by Ops Center;

CDom #2:               xxxxcd820  -- Deployed by Ops Center;

GDom:                   xxxxgd8201  -- Deployed by Ops Center on a LUN shared to both nodes;

After searching through a number of LDom Cluster creation document, and realizing that Oracle Cluster Creation steps for setting up an LDom keeps changing with each release of Oracle Cluster.  I have reviewed some Blog docs by Venkat Chennuru and Juergens Schleich's, the later of which I have been trying to follow
