when you go add the RD08150, template TP08150 is not found

Does anyone know what step was missed, or why the TP08150 or TP08151 would not be found when adding the R08150 and RD08151 to the P95620? Is there a ESU or something that added these templates?  I am having to do this, instead of a developer or CNC, and not familiar with what adds templates to be aavilable for use.

Thanks in advance! yep, still not test file to IRS! If someone can call me when they see this with an answer that would be awesome!
