OS monitoring detected 'spikes' in cpu usage but can't get a clear clue from AWR

We have Oracle 12.1.0.2 running on AIX 7.1 platform, it is 'single instance database, no RAC', size about 30GB with normal user sessions 200.. OS monitoring tool that can provide graph (bar graph) to show each minute's CPU usage at server level during entire testing time about 7 hours; meanwhile in database we have AWR in 30 minutes interval.  Based on graph, there were '4 spikes' in CPU usage  at 13:18, 13:35, 13:50,14:00 hour.  However, from AWR we can't pin-point the problem since SQLs reported had no timestamp with them, and rest is average reading.

The cpu spikes were short duration maybe less  than 1 minutes.

Can anyone suggest where to look for?  I reported all high-CPU SQLs and high-physicalreads SQLs, but they were in other 30 times during test also.

Howdy, Stranger!
