Write Back Fatal Error

Hello everyone -
We are using EPM 11.1.2.3 - trying to write back Hyperion Planning data to PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
We are receiving an error when executing a Write Back rule.
We are able to run a writeback rule (using import from source) for another period and it works fine. The data is imported from Hyperion, the transformation takes place, and the staging table is populated.
When we try another period, the job doesn't really seem to start. Very little information is available in the log. Log level is set to 5. I get the following message in the log:
