Account Inquiry - Upgraded To 12.2.4

Hi Experts,

We have just upgraded into 12.2.4 version from 11.5.10.2 to one of our client. It has gone live.

We observed that Account Inquiry form doesn't give all the details to client such as Line description, Line referenece 1, Line reference2....... In 11i, It was very helpful to the business for easy reference and drilldown the real time data. Actually they have third party application called 'Spreadsheet Server'. Through this, they can access oracle account inquiry form in the excel sheet format lively and drilldown further.

As per Metalink note, oracle will not populate Line reference 1, 2, 3 & 4 due to SLA structure. Based on Subledger accounting accounting option (Summarization setup), It will either populate Line description as Journal import created or voucher number.
