I wish to change the Receivable Class Distribution on the Distributions tab in Oracle 11i Receivable

I wish to change the Receivable Class Distribution on the Distributions tab in Oracle 11i Receivables but receive an error message This is a Read Only Flexfield. You cannot change any values in the Flexfield. Is there a way to remove the restriction from this flexfield?
