Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi

Could you please share me your advice on the following issue.

when publisher concurrent is running,then OPP got down at this time,
after OPP got restart again,what will happen on these publisher concurrent?

Will Publisher concurrent which need OPP to proceed got hang and keep in running status?
