Hi,

Error: A proper installed base record was not created for * item on sales order *****
  and line number 1.1 and component ********


Example:

A proper installed base record was not created for MSP3000*500321 item on sales order 131233 and line number 1.1 and component MSP-HW-3000


We are able to see the Install Base record for other * items.


Could you please tell if there is any other place/table that we need to check in order to see if certain components underneath a configured item are stuck?
