fatal NI connect error

HI

I have oracle 11.2.0.4 on Solaris and it is enterpise database and many clients connect to this database server with diffrence network enviroments . I have the error on below many times on alert log .can any one help me how can I resolve it ?

Fatal NI connect error 12170.

  VERSION INFORMATION:

    Oracle Bequeath NT Protocol Adapter for Solaris: Version 11.2.0.4.0 - Production   

TCP/IP NT Protocol Adapter for Solaris: Version 11.2.0.4.0 - Production

Tns error struct:   

ns main err code: 12535   

TNS-12535: TNS:operation timed out   

ns secondary err code: 12560   

nt main err code: 505
