creating relationship between a organization and person

Hi,

we are on R1213.

When we create a new contact relationship in AR between existing organization and person.

for Ex. I want to create relationship between organization 'ABC' and person 'XYZ'. Both are there in system.

When I create the relationship, and view this contact for organization ABC, I don't see any other details of XYZ like his job title, contact info etc.

I just see a name under contact.

Is this a default behavior or some bug.
