We are having a problem with our Non-stock Purchase Requisitions. On some of the Approval routes, e

Nothing has changed since we originally set the Approval routes up and the users are setup to receive email workflow messages.  Some Approval route codes are working, but the ones for our Canadian facility are not.  They have the same domain as our USA location.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
