HR Org Chart - Is there a way to restrict the display of Suspended Employees in the Org Chart?

The Terminated employees are not displayed in the HR Org Chart. We would like to exclude the suspended employees not to be displayed from the Org Chart as well.

Is there a way to do this?

We are currently live on R12.2.4.
