Parent address number in F4201

Hello ,

Requirement is to populate value in  F4201. PRAN8 but i am not able to do so .I have tried to do the same as described in below URL provided by oracle but still Partner address number is coming as "0" in F4201 and F4211.

Can anyone suggest what to do or am i refereeing wrong url .Kindly help!!
