Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 1)What is the tray of a printer? How do we know its properties

2)How do we know that rtf template properties means, sizes?

3)why the printed paper chopped off at the top page? because of what is the tray of a printer?

4)if yes how can resolve this issue.
