Provide formatted Status Report output

The current Status Report does not output in a pleasing format.  I have had to send the PDF to my laptop, use PDF Converter, and edit the output in MS Word to stop things from wrapping and reformat the document to make it usable.  It would be great to have MS Word output as one of the options.  It would also be nice to have the keys turn on Red, Yellow/Amber, and Green colors on the document and let us add more sections or at least move them around to make the document more usable.
