Grant Portal

We are using Grant Portal in PeopleSoft version 9.1

So the Grant Portal staging process is run on a nightly batch but whenever a new Award is generated and Add to Security checkbox is not checked.

The GM_PT_Secrity process has to be run manually by the Contract Number option specifying the new contracts before the GM_PT_STAGE for the new award to show up in the Grant Portal. This is an administrative overhead.

We tried running the Grant Portal security process using Business Unit option but it does not update all contracts so they don't show up in Portal. IF this option worked  then we can run portal security process by business unit  followed by GM_PT_STAGE process in a batch.
