Maximum Wage Attachement of 25% of Employee's Net Pay

Employee has both a Child Garnishment and Wage Garnishment records, a maximum of 25% of employee's net pay should be applied.

How do setup the Wage Garnishment to calculate amount so the maximum of 25% of net pay would be not exceed with the combination of both Child Support & Wage Garnishment?
