Performing Virtualize Platform of ODA V1 hung after booting from CDROM image of Oracle Database Appl

Hello,

I am attempting to perform a Virtualized Platform of ODA V1.  I am using bundle patch from note 888888.1.

The patch is Patch 16186163 - Oracle Database Appliance 12.1.2.7.0 VM ISO Image. (DOM0).  I am using ILOM to set the downloaded patch as a CDROM Image as per patch instructions.

The system reboot from the CDROM image.  The process is suppose to take about 2 hours.  At about 15 minutes into the process, I am getting an error.  The process is then stuck at this point as shown below.  The error is relating to '/tmp/part-include'? 

 

IOerror: errno 2 No such file or directory: '/tmp/part-include' install exited abnormally [1/1]
