US_PAY: Retrieve Local (City/School) Tax Rates

Is there any way to retrieve the City/School tax rate used in an Oracle payroll calculation for an individual person (from Vertex)?

We send a file to a third party vendor for stock vestings and we need to communicate to the vendor the City/School Tax rates that were used for calculating taxes on the vestings. At the moment, we are deriving the rates by taking the actual City/School withheld and dividing that by the City/School Reduced Subject Withholdable. This gets us close to the correct rate, but does not get us the exact rate.


We currently are running Oracle 12.1.
