Have output in Table Conversion?

I have an import file and I'm planning to use Table Conversion to read from it. For each record, I want to update some tables in JDE. Let's say if I can update a table successfully then I want to output "Updated", if not then "Error".

Basically I just want some kind of output for users to look at after they run the table conversion program. Is that possible?

Any ideas?
