Soft commitment in seconday location

Hi All,

I have an issue in item availability where against a secondary location -n the WO/So soft commitment field is having a quantity committed, the on hand of this location Zero. But there are no work orders for this item and it is a raw material so we cant create sale order for the same, I have checked no SO is available for this item.

One thing which I found was there were some MPS messages(expired messages as they were for March) with planned orders generated for this item but they were not converted into firm orders and the total quantity of the MPS messages is same as that of the committed quantity.
