Mobile field service Device Synchronization base tables?

Hello,

Tasks updates and new tasks from the  mobile device (laptop, PPC or multiplatform) are not being transferred to the Oracle Enterprise Applications after synchronization. The synchronization details show nothing is transferred between the mobile device and the oracle Enterprise Applications.

Time being we are trying to insert mobile device data information into Oracle Enterprise Applications.

Please guide us how to extract the mobile device application data and also please share mobile device application base table information.
