Conflicts :User Access list allowing to save data even after make it as a mandatory field

Hi ,

I am trying to make user access list as mandatory field in folder creation form.I am totally new for WCC.

It has been achieved using <$fClbraUserList:isRequired="1"$> in side effects.Eventhough it has been added as mandatory field the value could be saved in folder creation without adding value in user access list.

Is there anything i left to include in scripts?
