freight update (R4981) and sales update (R42800)

Hi Everyone,

normally we run freight update (R4981) before sales update (R42800) because that is required for the "billable freight charge".

But in case there is no billable charge, would there be any effect in running sales update first?

The idea would be to be able to enter freight charge at a later stage if shipment cost is not confirmed yet at shipment/invoice time.
