Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ORA-19721: Cannot find datafile with absolute file number 5 in tablespace SPEC_E910 while running attach_metadata.bat could not be resolved by E1: DB: Troubleshooting Guide for e1local Database Issues(Doc ID 1527187.1)

I have tried by following steps which is leading to another error. Find the steps below

Remove the orphaned file numbers:

Edit the file: c:\Oracle\E1Local\Network\Admin\sqlnet.ora
Change the value of SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES to (NTS) (include parentheses)
Save the file.
Open a command prompt window with "Run as administrator" and run these commands:

a. set ORACLE_HOME=c:\Oracle\E1Local
