PDBA Mass Change

Is there any feature that I can use to apply mass change for a specific PDBA, for example:

I am giving all the employees a Benefit that it's amount vary form an employee to another, by the beginning of the new year, I want to increase this amount with a specific % for all the employees. Is it applicable ?
