Taging a Workcenter BU to a Manufacturing Department BU

Hi,

We need to tie a bunch of workcenters (business units type WC) to a common parent Manufacturing Business unit (Type MFG) so that when a worker logs  time against the routing for the Work center it's charged to the common department Business units.

Example: Work Center 6600001 and department 333123. We have defined both WC and department as Business unit but need to tie them. Please advise the requisite setup.
