Is it possible not to use online patching with E-BUsiness R12.2.5

Hello,

Is it possible not to use Online Patching in E-business R12.2.5.

We have no benefit of reducing the cutover time as each Week End our environment is off line
so we are able to apply patches during the WE without creating disruption to the users..

So we are evaluating the benefit of mirgating our R12.1.3 to R12.2

For example can we apply the patches in downtime mode

adop phase=apply apply_mode=downtime
