Correcting ACA files after an Accepted with Errors status on Production file
1094C Electronic Filing - Correction Process
We have filed our production file, and it has been Accepted with Errors. We need to correct the file and submit a correction. I have been reading through the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Applications US Affordable Care Act Year End Processing Guide 2015 - updated March 2016 on Correcting Transmitted Forms 1094-C and 1095-C sections and I am not clear on what I need to do. I had three different errors in my file:
AIRBR1021 – Plan Start Month is not a valid value – It is listed as “0” and needs to be a double digit 00-12
AIRBR630 - Covered individual's name or SSN or DOB are present, when Covered all 12 months not checked or no months checked
