OMS with HA: Can I go back to self-signed certificates?

Hi

This is 12.1.0.4 on Linux x86_64.  Three OMS hosts are behind a SLB, and have the virtual name omsmpk.  At the time I set these up, I believed I had to have a third-party certificate to complete the configuration.  We have an internal request process, and I jumped through the hoops to obtain and learn how to install the certificate they provided.

Now it's time to renew the thing.  Having read EM 12c Cloud Control: How to Secure OMS with Third Party / Custom Signed Trusted Certificates for HTTPS Console / Upload Access? (Doc ID 1399293.1), am I correct that I can just use a self-signed certificate for the OMS, even if these are set up for HA?

Howdy, Stranger!
