New Supplier Registration

All We intend to implement a Workflow to create the new suppliers which is not possible within standard PO modules This seems to be feasible either with iSupplier or SLM. Below are my questions -Do both these require separate licenses -Can we use either of the products to achieve our requirement of new supplier creation workflow  Our objective is having a workflow for new supplier creation and integration with EBS. We are on 12.1.3 Thanks Joe
