I'm trying to apply the NLS patch 13843627 on EBS R12.2.4 and fail

Hello,

        I'm trying to apply the NLS patch 13843627 on EBS R12.2.4 and gives an error.

I used the following command to apply the patch:

adop phase=apply patches=13843627,13843627_ESA:u13843627.drv,13843627_F:u13843627.drv,13843627_PTB:u13843627.drv hotpatch=yes patchtop="/ofuat02/R12/fs_ne/EBSapps/patch"  wait_on_failed_job=yes

The error that is generated is as follows:

adop exiting with status = 2 (Fail)

Applying <13843627,13843627_ESA:u13843627.drv,13843627_F:u13843627.drv,13843627_PTB:u13843627.drv> patch(es) on admin node: [arbueofap01u]...

xml output = /ofuat02/R12/fs_ne/EBSapps/log/adop/7/apply_20160622_152014/OFUAT_arbueofap01u/remote_execution_result_20160622_152210.xml

    [ERROR]     Remote execution failed on Node: "arbueofap01u".
