P31113 Service Order Inventory Issue - Violation Primary Key Constraint F4074_PK

Hi I have tried to issue inventory to a service order,  the application experiences a web exception error, when we look at the logs it shows the following

 

3224/6672 WRK:JDE_07DC0048_P31113               Wed Jun 22 12:51:58.296000            jdbodbc.C8419

 

            ODB0000163 - wSQLExecute failure. rc=-1

            ODB0000164 - STMT:00 [23000][2627][2] [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'F4074_PK'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'UATDTA.F4074'. The duplicate key value is (2.21162e+006, SV, 01001, 3000, 0).
