Journalling files created by World Writer

We are on release A9.2

We used World Writer to create a file to be sent to a third party system.

I have written a CL program that runs the World Writer and then runs an SQL statement that 'massages' the data in one of the fields.

This CL program has been running on SLEEPER for two years without a hitch,

Two days ago the SQL statement unexpectedly failed because the file was not being journalled.

The journalling is being done as part of our High Availability DR process.

To the best of our knowledge, no changes have been made in the system.
