Apex integration with EBS R12.2.4

Hi,

I am trying to integrate apex with EBS R12.2.4 and have some clarifications.  I am using the following document.

As per doc , I have downloaded apex 5.0.3 and ords 3.0.5.124.     I have confusion on where to install ords war files.   We have a SOA env .   Can we use the same weblogic domain to install APEX war files.    OR do we need to do a fresh install of weblogic server for this installation.

Also , is there any detailed steps to install war files in weblogic server.
