Approval on Miscellaneous Transaction ??

Hello Gurus,

Is there any way to have at least one level Approval on Miscellenous Transaction (Issue / Receipt) ??? Even this can comes under the umbrella of Customization ??

Ther Requirement is transaction can only posted when line supervisor Approves the entered transaction by the warehouse man.
