Return to Work confirmation in Oracle Absence Management
We have a business requirement wherein whenever employees comes back from leaves, we should be able to record his/her return to work confirmation in system for audit purpose. If employees has not recorded his/her return to work confirmation, then we should not process his/her salary for days from leave end date plus 1 till the time he records confirmation in system. For example, If employees goes on annual leave from 01-Jan-2016 till 10-Jan-2016. He should provide return to confirmation on 11-Jan-2016. If he provides confirmation on 16-Jan-2016, we should not process his salary for 5 days from 11th till 15th
